Outdoor HIIT Madness

Inspired by the beautiful Florida weather I decided to give you guys a nice little Outdoor HIIT Workout for the week!

The circuit consists of 5 exercises and you will do 100 Jump Rope between EVERY exercise! Go through the circuit 3-4 times with NO rest!!

Begin with 100 Jump Rope.

Circuit:
1. Squat Jumps x30
2. Single Leg V-Ups x 25 ea
3. Lunge Jumps x25 ea
4. Push Ups x30
5. Burpees with Push Up AND Jump x20

Remember you have 100 jump ropes between EVERY exercise in the circuit.
