Workout with Me From the Comfort of Your Own Home ONLINE!

With online fitness classes, you are not required to get to a gym at a specific time each day. Perhaps you don’t even like to go to the gym or perhaps you prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home anyway! My online fitness classes are geared for all levels, from Mat Pilates, Core Conditioning, Total Body Conditioning to HIIT style classes, you are sure to find one or two that work for you! My classes are run via Zoom, are easy to access through computers or tablets, and are incredibly cost effective compared to a standard gym membership, stand alone pilates classes, or small group training packages.

  • Three of my favorite bicycle variations! The second two are fairly advanced so be sure you can do a good 20 reps of the first variation with GOOD form before attempting them. 
1️⃣ Bicycle 
2️⃣ Bicycle with leg extension
3️⃣ Extended Bicycle 
Tip - Keep the top elbow back, not reaching toward your knee. Think shoulder to opposite hip to REALLY work your obliques 💪

  • Just finished teaching a FUN virtual HIIT class online! 
Here's one of the circuits you can do this Memorial Day weekend 💪 ✔️ Spilt Jump - Left Side ✔️ Split Jump - Right Side
✔️ Tricep Push Ups (drop to knees or do against a wall if needed)
✔️ Plank Punches (drop to knees to modify)

Do as many reps of each exercise in 30 seconds with NO REST between exercises. After the plank punches take a 30 second break and then repeat again for 3-4 sets!
