Workout with Me From the Comfort of Your Own Home ONLINE!

With online fitness classes, you are not required to get to a gym at a specific time each day. Perhaps you don’t even like to go to the gym or perhaps you prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home anyway! My online fitness classes are geared for all levels, from Mat Pilates, Core Conditioning, Total Body Conditioning to HIIT style classes, you are sure to find one or two that work for you! My classes are run via Zoom, are easy to access through computers or tablets, and are incredibly cost effective compared to a standard gym membership, stand alone pilates classes, or small group training packages.

This week I have been very stressed out and on edge. I have no clue why. There really isn't a reason, but I just haven't been feeling like myself. I've been feeling run down and easily aggravated. 
Why am I sharing this? Because I think we all feel like this at times (at least I hope I'm not the only one that does! 😂) This morning, well actually yesterday, I decided to DO something about it. This morning I decided to ACT on that thought. 
I got up at 5am, did a 20 minute yoga flow and then headed to the beach to watch the sunrise and this is what I saw 👇. Seriously, I mean how can you stay in a crappy mood after that 😜 My mood quickly changed to that of gratitude and that's exactly what I needed! 
When we feel crappy we have two choices. We can decide to let that current state stay with us (and usually also impact those around us) OR we can take action and do something to get us out of the mood/funk ... whatever you want to call it. 
It's OK to take a few minutes of your day for YOU! We all need a time out sometimes.

  • [20 min HIIT Workout!!] Do the following exercises for 40 seconds each with 20 seconds rest in between (you can also go 45 on with 15 seconds off for more of a challenge. 
After the mountain climbers rest for 30-60 seconds and repeat for 4 sets total! 💥 Bodyweight Squats
💥 Burpees
💥 Push Ups
💥 Mountain Climbers 
Push yourself to do as many reps as possible in the 40 seconds but remember form first always! 💪 -------------------------------

💥 Broad Jump Back Pedal
💥 Single Leg Push Up to Single Leg Mountain Climber (make sure you do both legs)
