With online fitness classes, you are not required to get to a gym at a specific time each day. Perhaps you don’t even like to go to the gym or perhaps you prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home anyway!

My online fitness classes are geared for all levels, from Mat Pilates, Core Conditioning, Total Body Conditioning, and HIIT style classes, you are sure to find one or two that work for you!

My classes are run via Zoom, are easy to access through computers or tablets, and are incredibly cost effective compared to a standard gym membership, stand alone pilates classes, or small group training packages.

One of my favorite all time core exercises and one I love for my postpartum clients as well. 
Here are 4 variations from least to most challenging... 1️⃣ Arms Only

2️⃣ Legs Only

3️⃣ Dead Bug 
4️⃣ Extended Dead Bug 
Keep the lower back in contact with the floor throughout - especially when you are extending arm/leg. 
Exhale as you extended. Inhale to return to the start position. 
Make sure you feel STRONG and can perform the movement correctly before moving to the next progression.
