Workout with Me From the Comfort of Your Own Home ONLINE!

With online fitness classes, you are not required to get to a gym at a specific time each day. Perhaps you don’t even like to go to the gym or perhaps you prefer to workout in the comfort of your own home anyway! My online fitness classes are geared for all levels, from Mat Pilates, Core Conditioning, Total Body Conditioning to HIIT style classes, you are sure to find one or two that work for you! My classes are run via Zoom, are easy to access through computers or tablets, and are incredibly cost effective compared to a standard gym membership, stand alone pilates classes, or small group training packages.

  • Extended bicycles ... I really like this advanced variation. Regular bicycles done correctly are challenging, but this version adds even more of a challenge by keeping the legs extended and slowing down the tempo a little. 
Give it a try this week! *Note - be sure to keep the lower back on the floor when legs are extended. If you don't have the strength, yet, to do so stick with the regular version of this exercise for now 💪
