NEW CORE WORKOUT!!

Hey guys!

Here’s a NEW core workout for you!

This one can be done anywhere. All you need is a mat and some light dumbbells. If you want more of a challenge, increase the reps to 20!

Let me know how you guys did!! Remember, to focus on your form. Great form will get you quicker, and better, results!

Circuit:

  1. Single Leg Stretch x10 ea
  2. Cross Crunch x 10 ea
  3. Plank Pass x10
  4. Walking Plank x10
  5. Push Ups SLOW x10
  6. Plank hold x20 sec
