60 Minute Strength & Plyo Workout

Squat JumpsStuck inside and can’t get to the gym? Try this 60 min strength & plyo workout!

After warming up with light cardio for 5 minutes repeat the following list of exercises 3-4 times! Rest 1 minute between sets.

Strength & Plyo:

  1. Kettlebell Swings x30
  2. Push Up Jacks x15
  3. Bent Over Dumbbell Row x15
  4. Dumbbell Deadlifts x15
  5. Burpees with Push Up and Jump x15
  6. Dumbbell Shoulder Press x15
  7. Squat Jumps x20
  8. 180 Squat Jumps x20
  9. Jump Lunges x10 each side
  10. Mountain Climbers x20 each side
