First Steps to Learning a Pull Up

I’m often approached by people wanting to learn pull ups.

This hanging scapula retraction exercise is a great place to start.

Women typically try to initiate a pull up with the biceps and shoulders. If you learn to initiate the movement from your lats the pull up will be much easier to accomplish.
