IMG_0113Summer is right around the corner and I want to help YOU feel fabulously confident in your swimsuit this year!

If you’re like most women, myself included, you’re probably after some flatter abs and a firmer butt before beach season fully hits. I mean, let’s be honest … what woman doesn’t want those things? We all want a hot bikini body!

So, go grab your dumbbells and let’s get to work on flattening your abs and firming your booty.

For this workout, select a weight that is challenging for you. If you can perform all reps easily then increase your weight on your next set. The last 2-3 reps of EACH SET should be challenging to complete.

Warm Up 5-10 mins before starting this workout. Perform 3-4 sets of each superset resting 30 seconds between sets.

Superset #1

  • DB Reverse Lunge to Balance x10 ea
  • Plyo Split Lunge x 10 ea

Superset #2

  • DB Plie Squat x20
  • DB Straight Leg Deadlift x20

Superset #3

  • Burpees x15 (with pushup and jump)
  • Mountain Climbers x20 ea

Superset #4

  • Single Leg V-Ups x20 ea
  • Hollow Hold x60 sec
